We have chosen the style of Thai Kickboxing
because of experience. Experience in competition and many years of
training in a variety of different martial arts taught us about what
works and what doesn't. Students interested in concentrating on
full contact stand-up techniques and looking to get in the best shape

Kickboxing program. Developed in Thailand the art of Muay Thai aka
"Thai Boxing" is the National Sport of Thailand and has already gained

Knees, (4) Elbows, and (5) Clinching. Special care is taken to teach
